Bill Toney was a long time model railroader I met him in the 1950's at a model train club Bill built 3 layouts at his 30th & Angelique house This was Bill Toney's final & best layout Two other men helped Bill with this layout Bill has passed away and the layout no longer exists This last layout filled his 24 foot by 40 foot attic |
